Abstract/Résumé: In the concluding remarks we discuss the talks of the workshop with a focus on the following (related) issues: (i) the logical nature of the ‘logical’ words, (ii) the division of labor between semantics and pragmatics, (iii) to what extent does cross-linguistic variation challenge a logical analysis of 'logical' words? (iv) what may be universal vs cross-linguistic, (v) to what extent is what is considered 'logical' influenced by what we find in Standard Average European? We aim to identify commonalities and differences, put them down in concise formats and invite workshop participants to refine or rebut them.
